As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Our site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence; the respective provider is always responsible for the content of any linked page. Linked pages were checked for legal violations at the time of linking; on becoming aware of any infringement we will remove such links promptly.

No More Sleep is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our website and play our games.
The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking. The only technical processing is our host's server logs, plus YouTube trailers that load only after you press play.

1. Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify technically needs to process your IP address to deliver the pages, and keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to operate and secure the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Netlify that includes the EU standard contractual clauses; see Netlify's privacy policy. We do not access or evaluate these logs ourselves.
2. Cookies
Our website is completely cookie-free. We do not use cookies or any similar tracking technologies, and we do not track your activity on our site or across other sites.
3. YouTube trailers
Game trailers are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube when you open a page: the preview images are hosted by us, and the video is only requested after you explicitly press play and confirm. From that moment Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) processes your data under its own privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can simply not give by not playing the video.
4. Our games
We do not collect or store any information about the players who play our games: no personal information, no gameplay data, no telemetry. Storefronts and platforms where you get our games (Steam and others) collect and store data under their own privacy policies; please review those for details.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). Since we hold no data about you beyond what is described above, most requests will be short conversations.
